At Sinna, every roll is made to be soft, gooey, and fresh-baked to our standard. We take quality seriously. If your order does not meet expectations due to underbaking, dryness, or not meeting our intended texture, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. We will always make it right. For any verified quality issue, we will provide a refund for the item you were unsatisfied with, to your original payment method. To help us maintain consistency and improve our baking process, we will request a photo and a brief description of the issue. This is used for internal quality control purposes only. We value honest feedback and view it as essential to improving every batch we make.

Online invites close, and the only way to join is by receiving one of the 400 physical Sinna cards from an existing member.
